Dr. Lipika Gupta is an Associate Professor in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, India. She has served as the Head of the ECE Department and is recognized for her expertise in areas such as analog and microelectronics, wireless communications, and signal processing. Her research focuses on low-power CMOS circuit design, particularly CMOS tapered buffers, aiming to minimize power dissipation and optimize performance for large capacitive loads. Dr. Gupta has published research papers in reputed journals and conference proceedings, including work on fixed body-biased CMOS tapered buffers, which reduce power dissipation by up to 82.2% with minimal delay penalties. She holds several patents. Dr. Gupta is actively involved in academic initiatives, such as the establishment of the RS Electronic Design Lab at Chitkara University in 2015, and has contributed to faculty development programs.
