Dr. Lipika Gupta is an Associate Professor in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, India. Her research focuses on low-power CMOS circuit design, particularly CMOS tapered buffers, aiming to minimize power dissipation and optimize performance for large capacitive loads.
