Innovative Urban Energy Harvesting Concept

Mechatron aims to convert the mechanical pressure exerted by moving vehicles on road surfaces into usable electric energy. The system utilizes piezoelectric and mechanical gear-based systems embedded beneath road segments, enabling energy harvesting without altering the structural integrity of roads. This technology presents a sustainable and low-maintenance energy source for street lighting, traffic signals, and urban sensors.
